Philip Glass
Paul has collaborated with composer Philip Glass several times, resulting in Barnes' Trilogy and Orphee transcriptions. Glass was also commissioned to write a piano concerto for Paul, commemorating the bicentennial of the Lewis and Clark expedition. Piano Concerto No. 2 (After Lewis & Clark) was premiered in Lincoln, NE in 2004.
